Essential Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ AMIE in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Civil/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Any Engineering stream from recognized Institute/ University should be on full time regular basis with a minimum of 60% marks for RFCL Recruitment 2019.
Age Limits: Maximum 40 years Age for the Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager, 45 years Age for the Senior Manager & Manager and Maximum 50 years Age for the Deputy General Manager as on 31.08.2019. Relaxation in age allowed up to 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC (NCL) candidates for RFCL Recruitment 2019.

Selection Methodology: Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/ EWS candidates with reference to the number of available vacancies for each category. Merit list of suitable candidates prepared on the basis of performance of shortlisted candidates in online/written tests if conducted and/or Personal Interview for RFCL Recruitment 2019.
