// Selection Methodology for PGCIL AET Recruitment 2022 //
The Shortlisting Process consists of the percentage of marks obtained (out of 100) in the relevant paper of GATE 2021 Examination, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Eligible candidates should have qualified and secured a valid score in the corresponding paper of GATE 2021.
Applicants shall be shortlisted category-wise for Group Discussion and Interview based on their normalized percentage of marks out of 100 in the GATE 2021 Examination.
Selected applicants shall be able to download their personal interview Admit Card and other relevant documents through the applicant login.
Applicants selected for the Group Discussion & Personal Interview shall be required to bring the testimonials as mentioned in their personal interview call letter.
The qualifying % in interviews for different categories are as mentioned below:

Group discussion will not have any Qualifying Marks for PGCIL AET Recruitment 2022.

For calculation of the final score of an applicant qualified in the personal interview for empanelment, the weightage of percentage obtained in GATE-2021 Examination, Group Discussion & Personal Interview shall be as given below:
