// Selection Process RITES Limited Recruitment 2021 //
For Graduate Engineer Trainee:
Applicants obtaining valid Marks (Marks out of 100) shall only be eligible for the next stage of shortlisting. In case any candidate(s) applies using both gates – 2020 & GATE – 2021 scores, the higher score only will be considered for shortlisting for the further selection process.
Applicants selected for a personal interview shall be required to submit the testimonials as may be mentioned in the call letter. Final merit list shall be prepared as per the following weightage distribution:
- GATE Marks (Out of 100) – 75%
- Interview – 25%
Please note that only GATE – 2020 and GATE – 2021 (Normalized Marks out of 100) is valid for this recruitment process. GATE score of 2019 or prior is not valid for RITES Limited Through Gate Recruitment 2021.
For Engineers:
On the basis of applications received, eligible candidates will be required to appear in the written test (OffLine/On-Line). The candidates may be shortlisted for selection on the basis of performance in the written test.
Based upon the applicant’s performance in the Written Test, & fulfilling all eligibility conditions; applicants shall be selected for a Personal Interview. The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:
- Experience – 5%
- Written Test – 60%
- Interview – 35%
