Passed full-time Three years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized College/ Institute duly recognized by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education for WBSETCL Recruitment 2021.
Upper Age Limits: The age limits of the candidate should be between 18 to 32 years as of 01/01/2021. Upper Age relaxation for ST/SC, OBC-B/ OBC-A, & PWD applicants will be 5 years, 3 years, & 10 Years, respectively for WBSETCL Recruitment 2021.
Application Fees: General, OBC-B, OBC-A, and Ex-Serviceman applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs. 300/- for the post of Junior Engineer. ST, SC, and PWD candidates are exempted from deposition of Application Fees for WBSETCL Recruitment 2021.

// Selection Process for WBSETCL Recruitment 2021//
Shortlisting of applicants for all vacancies will be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible & Intrested applicants in the Online Written Exam & Personal Interview.
The applicants will be selected for Personal Interviews in a 1:3 ratio in each category based on their performance in the Online Written Exam. Final shortlisting will be made on the basis of fulfillment of prescribed eligibility criteria, combined performance in the Online Written Exam and Personal Interview, fitness in pre-employment medical examination, available vacancies, and existing reservation rules of the Government of West Bengal for WBSETCL Recruitment 2021.
