Education Qualification

For Manager (Civil, Electrical)/ Dy. Manager (Civil)/ Asst. Manager (Civil)/ General Manager (Civil)/ Addl. General Manager (Civil)/ Dy. General Manager (Civil): Full-time degree in Engineering in relevant discipline with second Class or minimum 55% marks or equivalent, from a recognized University or Deemed University or institute recognized by AICTE.

Manager (Finance)/ Dy. Manager (Finance)/ Addl. General Manager (Finance)/ Dy. General Manager (Finance): Cost & Works Accounts (CWA)/ Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants India. OR Two years Full-Time MBA (Finance)/MMS (Finance) from a recognized University or Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE with Second Class or 55% Marks OR Two years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (Finance) from an Institute recognised by AICTE with Second Class or 55% Marks.

Manager (HRM)/ Dy. Manager (HRM): Two years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma having second Class or 55%.

Manager (Law)/ Dy. Manager (Law): Graduate with a full-time LLB from a recognized University or Degree in Law (5 years integrated course) from a National Law School/ University/ Deemed University with a minimum of 55% marks.

Manager (Company Secretary): Qualified Company Secretary.

Selection Process for HSCL Recruitment 2024

The selection will be by way of a Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a personal interview as per the provisions of HSCL Board Approved Recruitment Rules.
