Upper Age Limits: Upper Age limit for Applicant is 32 years as of the closing date of application. The upper age limit is relaxable up to five-5 years for ST/ SC applicants & Three-3 years for OBC applicants and as per Government Guidelines for PwDs/ Ex. Servicemen. For Departmental applicants (NMDC) age relaxation will be given up to 15 years for NMDC Junior Officer Trainee Recruitment 2022.
Examination Fee: An amount of Rs. 250/- is to be paid by all the candidates as an application OR registration fee which is non-refundable. Candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ PwD/ Ex-servicemen categories and Departmental Applicants of NMDC Limited applying for the vacancy will be exempted from paying the Application Fee OR Registration Fee for NMDC Junior Officer Trainee Recruitment 2022.

- The eligible applicant will be required to appear for an MCQ Type Online Test (CBT) consisting of Multiple Choice Questions in any of the centers as decided by the NMDC Management.
- Languages for Online Written Test (CBT) will be in English & Hindi which will consist of MCQ-type multiple-choice questions.
- The applicants will be called for a Supervisory Skill Test on the basis of performance in the Online Written Test by following reservation policy. However, the candidate should secure minimum marks in Online Test (CBT), which is as follows: “SC/ST/PwD-40 marks, OBC (NCL)-45 marks, and UR & EWS – 50 marks”.
- Supervisory Skill Test: There will be a Supervisory Skill Test which is qualifying in nature. The qualifying marks in the Supervisory Skill Test (out of a total of 100 marks) will be as under for NMDC Junior Officer Trainee Recruitment 2022:
(i) 40% marks for UR/EWS Candidates
(ii) 37% for OBC (NCL) Candidates and
(iii) 30% marks for SC/ST/PWD
