Candidates have a Degree in Electrical OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University or A.M.I.E. (Electrical). OR Candidates have a Diploma in Electrical OR Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution/ technical board with 3 years of experience after acquiring a Diploma in the field of operation and maintenance of power system transmission and distribution from a reputed industry/utility for Puducherry Electricity Department Recruitment. |
Upper Age Limits: Minimum Age 18 years and Maximum Age 30 years of the candidate (as on 04.01.2021). The upper age limit is relaxable in respect of SC – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, and for Persons with Disabilities 10 Years for Puducherry Electricity Department Recruitment for Junior Engineer Posts.
