Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Gujarat.
- Income Limit: For Scheduled Castes (SC), the annual family income should not exceed ₹6 lakhs. For other categories, specific income limits apply.
- Previous Assistance: Applicants or their family members should not have previously received similar assistance from any government department.
- Family Benefit: Only one person per family can avail of the benefits.

How To Apply Manav Kalyan Yojana 2025
Visit the Official Portal
- Go to the official e-Kutir Gujarat Portal.
- This portal hosts schemes like Manav Kalyan Yojana and others by the Commissioner of Cottage and Rural Industries, Gujarat.
New Registration
- Click on “New Individual Registration”.
- Enter the required details:
- Full Name
- Aadhaar Number
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Date of Birth
- Set a Password
Login
- After registration, go back to the homepage.
- Click on “Citizen Login” and enter your credentials.
Choose the Scheme
- From the list of available schemes, select “Manav Kalyan Yojana 2025”.
- Click on “Apply”.
Fill the Application Form
