| Essential Academic Qualifications (as of 31.12.2021): Graduation in Any Discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2021. |
Upper Age Limits for SBI PO Notification 2021
Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as of 01.04.2021 i.e. applicants must have been born not less than 01/04/2000 and not before 02/04/1991 (both days inclusive). Relaxation in the Upper age limit shall be 5 Years for ST/SC Applicants and 3 Years for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer).

// Selection Procedure for SBI PO Notification 2021 //
The selection for Probationary Officers will be done through a three-tier process:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination:
A preliminary Exam conducting an MCQ Type Objective Test for 100 marks will be consuming online. The Online test will have 3 (Three) Parts as follows:

Shortlisting Criteria for Main Examination:
Category wise final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate score of marks in the Preliminary Exam. There will be no sectional cut-off. Applicants invite 10 times (approximately) the numbers of posts in each category will be selected for the Main Exam from the top of the above merit list for “SBI PO Recruitment 2021 pdf Notification, Application Form, Exam Date”.
Phase-II: Main Examination:
The Main Exam will be taken online and will consist of MCQ Type Objective Tests for 200 Points (marks) & Descriptive Tests for 50 Points (marks). The Descriptive Test examination will be administered immediately after completing the MCQ Type Objective Test & applicants will have to type their Descriptive Test answers on the computer.
(i) Objective Test:
The time of the MCQ Type objective test is 3 (Three) Hours and it consists of 4 (Four0 Sections of a total of 200 Points (marks). There will be separate timing for every section for SBI PO Notification 2021.

(ii) Descriptive Test:
The Timing of the Descriptive Test (Examination) is 30 minutes. Shortlisting criteria for Phase-III Category-wise final merit list will be made on the basis of the aggregate points (marks) scored in Phase-II (Main Examination). Applicants numbering up to 3 (Three) times (approximately) of the category-wise posts will be selected for Phase-III, as decided by the Bank for “SBI PO Recruitment 2021 pdf Notification, Exam Date, Application Form”.
Final Selection:
The applicants will have to pass both examinations Phase-II & Phase-III separately. The Points (Marks) obtained in Main Exam (Phase-II), both in the MCQ Type Objective Test & the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase-III for preparing the final list of merit
Marks secured by the applicants in Phase-II (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 marks & Phase-III scores of applicants (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25 marks. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating (out of 100) converted points (marks) of Phase-II & Phase-III.
