Upper Age Limit: Below 30 years for Assistant Executive Engineer, 36 years for Assistant Manager, 40 years for Dy Manager, 42 years for Manager, and 45 years for Chief Manager. The maximum age limit is relaxable for OBC applicants (non-creamy layer)/ SC/ ST/ Physically Challenged as per Rules for ITI Limited Recruitment 2021.

Chief Manager (Gr.6): Total emoluments at Rs.80240 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.16000-400-20800 (pre-revised), plus CCA and other allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
Manager (Gr.5): Total package at Rs. 72717/- (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 14500-350-18700 (Pre-revised), + CCA and other allowances & perks as per the ITI Limited Company’s prevailing rules.
Dy. Manager (Gr.4): Total package at Rs. 65195/- (Basic + DA + HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 13000 – 350 – 18250 (pre-revised), plus CCA & other allowances & perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.
Assistant Manager (Gr.3): Total emoluments at Rs.52658 (Basic+DA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs. 10500-300-16750 (pre-revised), + CCA and other allowances & perks as per the ITI Limited Company’s prevailing rules.
