Selection Procedure for RDD Jharkhand Recruitment 2021.
The recommendation will be made by the District Level Selection Committee regarding the selection of candidates. The district-level selection committee will have the following members: 1. Deputy Chairman 2. Deputy Development Commissioner Member 3. Director, DRDA Member 4. District Panchayat Raj Officer Convenor 5. Executive Engineer (Special Division/ Road Construction) Members 6. The members nominated for the SC / ST (officials nominated by the Deputy Commissioner) will be permanent members of all the above selection committees. II. Selection will be based on the total marks of the examination related to educational qualification (compulsory and desirable), experience, and knowledge of the subject for RDD Jharkhand Recruitment 2021.
Method of preparation of the merit list:
(a) For all the posts, applications will be obtained through open advertisement. In case of an excessive number of applications received, the initial merit list of the candidates three times will be prepared for reservation-wise vacancies. The preliminary merit list will be compulsory, desirable, based on the criteria mentioned in paragraph G-1, based on the total score of educational qualification and experience.
(b) Candidates included in the above preliminary merit list will be compulsory to appear in the examination for knowledge of the subject (Engineering).
(c) In the final merit list, the name of the vacancy-wise post will be in the form of the panel which will be valid for a maximum period of one year. Vacancies to be held within one year in the posts will be filled by this.
(d) In the last merit list of two or more candidates, preference will be given to age in the event of a tie. If that is equal then localism will be preferred. In the case of an equality of localities, the selection will be done through the lottery.
Evaluation (For RDD Jharkhand Recruitment 2021):
(A) Candidates will be evaluated on 100 marks which will be divided into the following sections:

(B) The level of passing in the subject knowledge test will be 40% i.e. 4 out of 10 marks. Bringing will be mandatory.
(C) For selection, it will be mandatory to bring a minimum of 50 marks to general category candidates and a minimum of 40 marks to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates out of a total of 100 marks. Those scoring less than this will be considered ineligible for selection.
